Parties, events, commercial photography, and smoking inside the apartment are not allowed.
No additional guests may stay without prior approval from the host.
Guests are requested to be considerate of neighbours, as some residents live in the building. During load shedding, guests are advised to avoid using the lift; if it is used, a cellphone should be kept on hand at all times.
Before departure, guests are requested to gather used towels, dispose of all rubbish, switch off lights and appliances, return the keys, and ensure that the apartment is locked.
