Located in the heart of Hilton Village, this spacious self-catering cottage offers a peaceful retreat overlooking the St Anne’s School wetland. Ideal for families, small groups, or business travellers, the cottage combines comfortable country-style living with easy access to Hilton’s shops, restaurants, schools, and attractions.

The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a dedicated workspace, while the second bedroom features 2 bunk beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The cottage includes a bathroom fitted with a shower and is supplied with bath towels, bed linen, essential toiletries, electric blankets, and extra blankets for added comfort.

The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a cosy fireplace, books, board games, and children's toys, creating a welcoming space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, air fryer, kettle, toaster, cooking essentials, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and drying rack are also available for convenience.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private verandah with outdoor furniture and a built-in charcoal braai, as well as a fire pit and garden area. Free high-speed Wi-Fi with UPS-backed internet ensures connectivity during loadshedding.

Additional features include free secure gated parking, CCTV monitoring, a security alarm, security beams, and rechargeable lamps. Guests also have access to the astro cricket net adjacent to the cottage, making it a great option for young sports enthusiasts.

Please note that there is a sloped concrete walkway of approximately 40 metres from the parking area to the cottage without a handrail. An unfenced, private swimming pool, not available for guests to use, is located elsewhere on the property and may be a consideration for guests travelling with young children. The hosts reside on the premises in a separate residence and will personally welcome guests on arrival.
