Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
As this is a quiet and peaceful farm setting, we kindly ask that you be considerate of other guests during your stay. Please avoid loud noise between 21:00 and 07:00.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Electricity is generated via a solar power system, and water comes from our dams, which are replenished with rainwater. We therefore ask that you use both sparingly.
Unfortunately, fan heaters or any other electric heaters are not permitted. Gas heaters and hot water bottles are available for your use. Please let us know if you require any of these.
Each unit is fully equipped; guests only need to bring their own swimming towels.
Our water is sourced from boreholes and rainwater, which is purified. We provide the first 5 litres of bottled water; thereafter, guests are requested to make their own arrangements if preferred.
