Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Parties & Visitors: No parties, events, or day visitors are allowed on the premises.
Security Deposit
Refundable Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in to safeguard against noise, breakages, and inconsiderate behaviour.
Payment Process: The host will send you a verification link, and the deposit must be paid in full before your arrival.
Refund Process: This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, noise complaints, or reports of inconsiderate behaviour during your stay.
Claims & Deductions: In the unlikely event of damages, excessive noise, or inappropriate conduct, the property reserves the right to make claims and deduct the necessary amounts from the deposit.
