Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
We have three four-legged children, and they will be eager to greet you and get to know you. If you have concerns, please contact the Host to make arrangements according to your requirements.
Please notify us of any breakages by sending a photo or bringing it to our attention as soon as possible
Confirm if you require cleaning services (additional cost by 14:00 each day for the next day, and does not include Ironing. Ironing can be requested additionally.
Additional last-minute guests will be charged an additional fee. Please arrange directly with the host.
Access to the pool is available on request, and is in the Main house. Please note that the use of the Braai facilities by the pool is not available for guests at this time.
Please be aware of the Water and electricity usage, try to save water, and switch off lights where you can.
Please reduce noise from 22:00 to 06:00. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone on the estate and our neighbours, we kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00. During this time, please keep your voices low, especially outdoors. Avoid loud music or sound systems. Be mindful when arriving late or leaving early. Respect residents in the estate at all times.
Please ensure you have left Hope Cottage as you received it - Clean and tidy.
