Check-In & Keys:

Standard check-in is from 14:00 unless otherwise specified. Late check-in is available by prior arrangement.
Most properties use a lockbox for self-check-in; codes are provided on the day of arrival.
Zimbali Estate: Guests must submit signed booking forms and identity documents at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests under 18 must provide dates of birth. No day visitors or additional guests without prior approval.

Check-Out:

Standard check-out is generally between 10:00 and 11:00. Late check-out requires prior approval.
Zimbali Estate: Late check-out access requires approval from security.

Fees & Deposits:

Breakage deposits may be required and are refundable if no damage occurs.
Guests beyond the booking may incur additional charges.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval, where permitted.
Cleaning or management fees may apply; details will be communicated in advance.

Property Rules & Safety:

No smoking indoors; use ashtrays provided.
Respect furniture, fittings, and appliances.
Use water, electricity, and gas responsibly. Turn off when not in use.
Fires may only be used in designated outdoor areas.
Keep doors, gates, and windows locked.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Children must be supervised near stairs, pools, or hot tubs.
No parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour. Quiet hours generally 22:00–08:00.
Follow fire safety instructions; ensure all fires are fully extinguished if unattended.

Amenities & Services:

Wi-Fi may be available; passwords provided where applicable.
Linens, bath, and swimming/beach towels are provided.
Weekly housekeeping is provided for longer stays; optional services are available for shorter stays with prior notice.
Parking is property-specific; follow the provided instructions.

Dining & Local Services:

Delivery from local restaurants may be available; include your unit number.
Local restaurants or bistros may be nearby.

Property-Specific Notes:

House @ The Bay: Alarm controlled by a plug in the room; 2 single beds; hot outdoor shower.
Hartbeest Eco Bush Lodge: Rustic accommodation; dust and insects are normal. Firewood available.
Zimbali Estate: No animals allowed; guest changes require 24 hours’ notice; deposits may vary.
