House 12 Beach Club is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in the sought after Yzerfontein. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful getaway where they can kick back and relax and enjoy this coastal destination on the West Coast.
Accommodating up to 7 adults and 2 children, this double-storey home comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and makes use of a shared bathroom fitted with a shower. An additional single sleeper day bed and 2 child-only mattresses are available. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy an upstairs entertainment area that features a lounging area, a pool table, an indoor braai and a jacuzzi, and there is an outdoor patio with seating and a firepit. Secure parking is available on the premises. The beach and amenities such as shops and restaurants are easily accessible.
