Description
Kelné 2 is a modern room in a newly built house, furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds on request. The room features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Fresh, high-quality guesthouse linen and bath towels are provided, though beach towels are not included. The room also includes a hairdryer, a Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and a table for 2 with chairs. The larger bedside tables are ideal for working, sitting, or doing hair and makeup. Guests are welcomed with complimentary tea, coffee, and milk on arrival. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, two-plate stove, fridge-freezer, pot, pan, gas stove, kettle, electric kettle, and all necessary cutlery, crockery, glasses, and a corkscrew. There are no braai facilities on the property, but guests are welcome to visit the many restaurants or take-away options in the town and surrounding areas. Sliding doors open onto a stoep with a table where meals can be enjoyed outdoors. The property is secured with an electric fence that operates 24 hours a day.

Only the person who made the booking will be allowed to check in. Unfortunately, bookings cannot be made on behalf of someone else, unless the person making the booking is part of the group.
The property is suitable for couples or business travelers only, and not for families with young children or babies. The units have high beds and showers, and are therefore not suitable or equipped for young children and babies.
The guest rooms are not equipped for children under the age of 12 or for infants. For children over 12, two single beds would be ideal.
Unfortunately, no braais, loud noise, parties, or gatherings are allowed.
If guests are expecting outside visitors, this must please be arranged with the owners.
No open fires, Chinese lanterns, firecrackers, or fireworks are permitted. The property is located in a biosphere and high fire-risk area.
Please note that the owners live on the upper floor of the property, but guests still enjoy full privacy and have their own private entrance. Guest rooms are located on the ground floor.
Smoking inside the rooms is not allowed, but guests are welcome to smoke outside on the lawn or patio in front of their room. Each unit has a dining bench where guests can also relax outside
There are three friendly house cats that live in the main house (upper floor) and roam freely in the garden. They will not bother guests, but please be aware of their presence in case of severe allergies.
An electric fence is activated 24 hours a day. This is to keep out baboons and other wild animals. The property is located in a biosphere, and a troop of baboons regularly moves through Pringle Bay. They do not harm people and are only looking for quick ‘takeaway meals’ in homes, hence the electric fencing.
Baboons must not be fed.
24-hour CCTV cameras are active around the property.
