House Next Door is a private self-catering home set in a tranquil private garden in George in the Western Cape. The house runs on both municipal and solar power. A stay here is ideal for a family getaway, sporting events, outdoor adventure or a romantic weekend hideaway.
The house can accommodate up to 5 guests and contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has adjoining doors to either bedroom and contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin.
Enjoy the large kitchen fully equipped to cook up a storm, and it is fitted with a stove and oven, microwave and kettle, or you can order in. Your hosts can pre-stock the fridge before your arrival by arrangement. The spacious lounge contains a three-quarter sleeper couch, comfortable couches, and a Smart TV with Netflix. This is the ideal place for game night or an afternoon of Netflix binge-watching, should you desire. Wi-Fi internet access is available.
The lounge has sliding doors opening to a patio with seating and a private garden with a view of the Outeniqua Mountains and braai facilities.
Secure parking is provided. Airport transfers can be arranged to and from the airport. The House Next Door is conveniently located near public bus routes. The property is just a 12-minute drive from the airport and a 20-minute drive from both Victoria Bay and Herolds Bay. It is also just 3 minutes from the Redberry Farm, where you can pick strawberries, and it offers plenty of activities for children.
