Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No pets allowed.
No unpaid overnight guests.
No parties or loud music.
No smoking inside the apartment.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days, minus any applicable damages.
If guests depart after 10:00 without prior arrangement, the breakage deposit will be withheld.
