House Rules
Tiptol Couple's Retreat is a sectional title scheme with private chalets that is close together and not suitable for parties. Noise must be limited to the minimum at all times. Guests are expected to live in harmony with each other and show respect towards co-owners. No resident will be allowed to use any radio, TV, band, or another player, sound enhancement system, or musical instruments in such a way that it irritates other residents.
No noise from 22:00 to 06:00. The gas cooker on the balcony may not be used during strong winds because of the danger of fire.
Please drive carefully between Jeffreys Bay and Marina - there are many farm animals.
