Melkbos Villa is a double-storey property that can accommodate a total of 12 adults and 3 children at a time. It comprises 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. These bedrooms are either furnished with a queen-size bed or a double bed and 2 of these bedrooms include child-only single beds. The 6 bathrooms are all en-suite and are fitted with either a shower or a bath. All linen and 1 bath towel per guest are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. The bright and airy open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a washing machine. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, there is an indoor braai room upstairs that includes comfortable seating, a dining table, and a bar fridge as well as an indoor braai. On the lower floor, there is a fireplace for building a small fire, but only when the wind isn’t blowing. This expansive backyard features a jungle gym for children, a sparkling swimming pool, a firepit where guests can gather around as well as a covered patio with another built-in braai.
