Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm the booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification or passports, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be amended at the owner’s or management’s discretion.

Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows for a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
