House Rules

Unfortunately, we must implement House Rules as we are situated in a tranquil neighbourhood.

We reserve the right to deny admission or request that you leave the premises.
Your accommodation fees will not be refunded.

Pets allowed by arrangement and size.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke outside on the deck.

Please DO NOT use any linen or decorations for outside use.

Parties/events are not allowed as we are situated in a tranquil neighbourhood.

Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 09:00.

1st complaint – We will issue a warning.

2nd complaint – Security will be contacted and guests will be evicted from the property.

Please note that we may evict a guest during their 1st warning if there are signs of underage drinking, drugs, intoxication, or damage to the property.
