Simbithi Eco Estate – House Rules Summary
Facilities: Short-term guests do not have access to the Sports Complex (Padel, Tennis, Bowls, Gym).
Fees & Deposits:
One-time administration fee applies.
Refundable breakage deposit = 1 night’s stay (refunded on the 10th of each month; December differs).
Fingerprint access fees: R420 orientation/admin + R150 per fingerprint (deducted from deposit). Returning guests already in the system are exempt from the R150 fee.
Servicing: Unit is serviced Monday–Saturday (no service on Sundays/Public Holidays).
Payments: Cheques are not accepted.
Smoking: No smoking in the unit.
Starter Pack: Includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, bath & hand soap, 50ml Sunlight liquid, and 1 black dustbin bag. Guests must bring their own swimming and beach towels.
Accommodation:
Host may substitute similar accommodation if booked unit is unavailable.
Students or guests under 25 must be supervised; unsupervised student bookings are not accepted.
Maximum occupancy = number of beds. Overcrowding may incur a 10% surcharge per extra guest if pre-arranged; otherwise, eviction occurs with forfeited payment.
