House Rules
This property is strictly not to be rented for parties, large family gatherings, or any events, including pre-drinks, music sessions, or birthday celebrations.
Guests should respect that the house is located on a quiet street and close to neighbours, some of whom have young children or work from home.
The owners reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and request immediate departure if the agreed terms are violated.
Violations include hosting more than seven overnight guests, engaging in inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour, making excessive noise, or failing to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
