My stay was very good, it was like home to me. Warm welcome, attendant very friendly and accommodating. Very good experience. The owner is a very sweet and God-fearing person. Respectful. Guest House located at a good place near resources, direction easy to reach.

My stay was terrible from the moment we checked in. Poor service from the staff. The owner and staff did not take any accountability. The DStv was not working. The pots in kitchen are burned and in no working condition. No crockery and cutlery. Coffee mugs broken with no handles. No plastic bowls, but ice cream and butter containers. Pool dirty. This place is not suitable for family with kids and self catering, we had to buy our own containers and mugs, the owner was not available when we checked in to resolve our complaints and when she was she only had excuses, the pots and crockery in kitchen it’s for staff not guests, the guests are meant to share the kitchen with the staff. If she knew she was expecting guests why didn’t she put proper pots and crockery in kitchen.
