Comfortable, relaxing. Wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The facilities are extremely clean. Besides the terrible Cape Town wind, the kids and I enjoyed our time there. Just wish we were a little closer to the pools. It was also great to be around other guests who respected the rules.

I took pictures of my grievances. The only good thing about this property is its location. It does not resemble the pictures on your booking portal and is not worth the amount that we paid for 3 days. I am a regular traveller, and I have stayed at better quality apartments for a lot cheaper.

Our stay was as expected and even exceeded it in some cases. Overall we had a positive experience and enjoyed our time. However, we wanted to give feedback on the furniture and fixtures in our apartment. While we found the accommodation comfortable, we noted that some of the furnishings and fixtures could benefit from a little TLC. Addressing these minor maintenance issues can further improve the overall experience for future guests. Again, thank you for providing us with a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay. A beautiful apartment, with amazing views of the garden from the balcony. It was very relaxing and therapeutic. The rooms were extremely comfortable. The cleaners were excellent. Jason was incredibly supportive to us. I have two suggestions. First, I suggest that a safety rail (grab bar) for older guests be installed in the shower. Second, a stronger LED light is needed for use during load-shedding. The one we had in the apartment was extremely dim and served little purpose. Thank you for a great stay!

Fun memories made. We were welcomed very friendly, the apartment is very neat with 2 beautiful bathrooms. We spent most of our time on the veranda overlooking the beautiful pond with a lot of bird life. We will definitely return.
