This open-plan studio bachelor unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The main living area is furnished with a double bed, 2 chairs, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The enclosed balcony also features a double bed, suitable for children.
Guests who wish to watch DStv are required to bring their own standard decoder, smart card, and power supply, as the unit is equipped with an OpenView decoder only.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
The Ithaca complex offers communal facilities such as a swimming pool, a braai area, and a jungle gym for children. Secure on-site parking is also available.
