Jakaranda 11 is a luxurious and safe self-catering apartment for 4 people on the seafront in Uvongo, and is situated just 200 m from the Uvongo Pier and swimming beach. It is ideal for young families and people on pension.
Overlooking the ocean, the spacious and stylishly decorated apartment has unhindered panoramic views comprises 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a lounge area that opens onto the private balcony with sea views. Opening onto the balcony, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and a toilet. You can leave the sliding door open at night to hear the breakers or close it for complete silence. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and makes use of a separate, large bathroom with a bath, a shower, and a toilet.
The kitchen has granite work surfaces and is fully equipped with a glass top induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, ironing facilities as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table but most people enjoy al fresco meals on the balcony. The lounge is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels (bring your own decoder), and a DVD player. There is Wi-Fi available. The living area has a good ceiling fan. Board games and cards are available.
The apartment has 1 covered parking near the front door. The complex has an electric fence and gate. Guests can make use of the communal braai facilities that are cleaned daily, and a laundry, as well as a cleaning service, is available on the premises at an additional cost. There are 3 exits to the beach in front of the apartment which are electronically controlled with a code.
