Description
Jakkelsroep Lodge is a private bushveld retreat located on a farm 8 km outside Dinokeng Nature Reserve, Tsukulu Gate, 40 kilos from Pretoria. It is ideal for friends, families, or couples looking for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by the tranquility of the bushveld.
Guests can choose from a variety of accommodation options depending on their needs.
Cottage 1
Can accommodate up to 4 guests, 2 adults and 2 children age of 12 years. One bedroom with queen size bed, two single beds in living area. Full bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen fully equipped with gas hob. Stoep with comfortable chairs. Private jacuzzi with build braai as well as boma.
Cottage 2
Can accommodated up to 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite full bathroom with bath and shower, second bedroom with 2 x single beds, third bedroom with double bed. Second bathroom with shower only. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven. Stoep with comfortable chairs, boma with braai facilities.
Cottage 3
Can accommodate two guests, open plan room with queen size bed, living room and fully equipped kitchen with gas hob. Full bathroom with shower and bath. Private jacuzzi and braai facilities.
Lodge House
Can accommodate up to 6 guests, main bedroom has queen size bed with two three quarter beds (family room) with ensuite full bathroom with bath and shower, second bedroom has queen size bed with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Open plan fully equipped kitchen with gas stove with oven, living with comfortable seating. Private swimming pool, underroof parking, small jungle gym for children, boma with braai facilities and a stoep with comfortable seating.
Rooms 4 - 7
4 Rooms can accommodate 2 guest per room. Each room have small freezer, and a coffee station with ensuite bathroom with shower only. Rooms walk out on a stoep with table and chairs for each room. Shared kitchen and boma with braai facilities. Ideal for group bookings of 8 people.

This farm with only solar energy, please be patient for the switch over to generator to charge the system.
Rule: The Jacuzzi's is only available for use during period of sufficient sunlight
Two communal swimming pools, a children’s play area, and a hall with table-tennis, pool tables and dart board. On-site activities include birdwatching, cycling and hiking on the farm.
Guests are also welcome to explore Jakkelsroep Farm 76 for additional accommodation options, conveniently located directly across from the property.
The property is ideally located near popular attractions, including the Tsukulu Gate of the Dinokeng Game Reserve, the Lion and Cheetah Sanctuary, guided game drives, hiking trails, boat trips, and a variety of local restaurants.
