Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R700 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 10:00.
Early arrivals or late departures must be arranged in advance.
Pets: Small pets allowed by prior arrangement. Maximum of 2 medium-sized dogs per unit. Pets must be leashed at all times and are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Smoking: Not permitted inside the units. Please use the ashtrays provided outside.
Fires: Only allowed in designated braai areas. Ensure fires are fully extinguished after use.
Pools: Splash pool and swimming pool are unfenced. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass, alcohol, or food in the pool area.
Vehicles: Only use designated parking. Speed limit on the property: 20 km/h. Vehicles may not drive on grass, walkways, or near the pool. One covered parking space per unit.
Activities: No motorcycles, quad bikes, electric scooters, drones, or fireworks on the property. Feeding of wild animals is prohibited.
Visitors: Day visitors only by prior arrangement. Limited to two visitors per unit.
Property care: Guests must drive carefully and respect the property, including trees and plants.
Access: Approximately 12 km of gravel road leads to the property, not recommended for low-clearance vehicles.
