Jakkelsroep Lodge is a private bushveld retreat located on a farm in Dinokeng, just outside Pretoria. It is ideal for friends and families seeking a peaceful getaway, surrounded by the serenity of the bushveld.
Guests can choose from a variety of accommodation options depending on their needs, including a Lodge House, studio cottages, and rooms. Each unit features comfortable beds with quality linen and towels, tea and coffee facilities, and WiFi access.
Lodge House: Two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and two three-quarter beds; the second bedroom has a king-size bed. Open-plan living room and kitchen area, gas stove with oven, lovely lounge patio with a boma braai area, and a private swimming pool. Covered parking available.
Cottage 2: Three bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is a second bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom has a king-size bed; the second bedroom has a king-size bed; the third bedroom has two single beds. Open-plan kitchen and living area, charming patio with boma braai facilities.
Cottage 3: Sleeps 2 guests only – not child-friendly. Open-plan living room, kitchen, and bedroom area with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. Lovely patio with a braai area.
Rooms 1–4: Each sleeps 2 guests only; not suitable for extra persons or children. Each room has a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom with a shower (bathroom does not have a door), a small fridge, and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms open onto a patio and beautiful garden. Kitchen, living room, and braai facilities are shared, ideal for groups booking together. Covered parking available.
All accommodation includes free WiFi, quality linen, and towels. Jakkelsroep also offers facilities such as two communal swimming pools, a children’s play area, and a function venue. On-site activities include birdwatching, cycling and hiking trails, picnics, and wildlife viewing.
