House Rules
Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool located at the back of the property.
Please be considerate of guests staying in the units closest to the pool and keep noise levels to a minimum.
Kindly remember to bring your own swimwear and towels.
Please take care of the bedding; no eating or drinking on the beds to avoid stains.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units.
Be respectful of other guests and neighbours at all times.
No loud noise or parties are permitted.
Any additional overnight guests must be declared and will be charged an additional cost per person, per night.
Furniture may not be moved or taken outside.
Please report any maintenance issues or breakages as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly.
All rubbish bags should be tied and placed in or next to the large black dustbin in the parking area. Collection takes place on Fridays. Extra rubbish bags can be found in the kitchen cupboard.
Linen is prepared according to the number of guests booked:
- 1 to 2 guests: queen-size bed only
- 3 guests: queen-size and 1 single bed
- 4 guests: queen-size and 2 single beds
If the setup does not match your booking, please inform the host as soon as possible so they can assist.
