Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

- Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1000 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 8 people sharing in 2 en-suite bedrooms and another 2 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- There is a sleeper couch in the lounge which can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children at extra R 500 per night.
- This house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs. The owners and property management company will not be held liable. Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- Full package DStv and wifi are included.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- This is a high fire risk area, please NO open fires are allowed at the property and do not leave any fires unattended.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Owner lives in the same house but is separate and private from The Annex, with own access.
- Owners pets reside on the property.
- Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay, at additional cost.
- The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank friendly cleaning materials.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
- Breakfast can be arranged during your stay at an additional cost.
- This property is not wheelchair accessible. Access via some stairs.
- There is no inverter or back up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are, however, rechargeable lights and the stove top is gas.
