A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules: Parties, Guest Limits & Breakage Deposit
1. No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited at all properties. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the premises without refund.
2. Maximum Guest Allowance
Only the number of guests stated on the booking confirmation may stay at the property.
If additional guests stay over without prior written approval, an extra guest fee will be charged and a penalty fine will be issued. Unauthorized guests may also result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
3. Breakage Deposit
The breakage deposit is payable on the day of check‑in.
If the deposit is not paid by the time of check‑in, the booking will be cancelled automatically with no refunds issued.
