Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that guests are requested to provide copies of identification documents a few days prior to check-in.
Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Kindly inform Kadese Holiday North Beach Durban of your expected arrival time in advance. This can be done using the special requests box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the details provided in your booking confirmation.
Payment in full before arrival via immediate bank transfer is required. The property will provide instructions after booking, or you may contact them directly for banking details.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) parties or similar gatherings.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 06:00.
A refundable damage deposit of ZAR 1,000 is required. This amount will be collected via bank transfer a few days prior to arrival and will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided no damage is found to the property upon inspection.
Guest that stays longer than 3 days will pay a cleaning fee.
Parking is available at an additional cost.
