In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

House Rules
Respect house rules, provided in the House Manual.
Basic cleaning and cooking supplies will be available, but please realise that we do not supply enough for long stays.
Vehicles and boats must be parked in designated areas.
Locked cupboards are for personal items of owners.
Washing of boats and vehicles is prohibited during times with water restrictions - please confirm with us whether restrictions are being enforced.
Please only clean fish in the designated area and clean up the area after use.
No smoking allowed.
Property has solar panels & inverter system. Please do not try and fix it if experiencing power issues - Call us immediately.
No fires on municipal lawn across road, or on decks outside, please use braai room facility.
Please do not switch off the wall plug that has the alarm system in.
No candles to be used in house.
Refuse removal is on Monday and in season also on Friday. Bags must be securely closed and placed in the courtyard black bin.
On departure, please make sure that the premises is generally tidy, with all dishes washed and rubbish in bags or bins.
Quiet time is 22:00 and 06:00. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise levels down within this time frame.
No pets allowed.
Please close all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Please advise us of departure time, even if we do not need to collect a key, as we have to visit premises to close water, gas, etc.
