KaiaMina and KaiaMinki are 2 modern self-catering apartments situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hartenbos Heuwels. Conveniently located approximately 2.5 km from the Hartenbos beachfront and town centre, the property offers a peaceful base from which to explore the Garden Route, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn, George, and the surrounding attractions.
Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the Outeniqua Mountains, the Hartenbos River, and limited sea views from the shared deck. After a day of exploring, the deck and braai area provide the ideal setting to relax and unwind.
KaiaMina is an open-plan unit that accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds, with no separate bedroom. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Please note that guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate stove, mini oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. The unit enjoys a private entrance and exclusive use of the front garden, with secure covered parking available directly in front of the unit.
KaiaMinki is a studio-style unit suitable for 2 adults. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen-size bed and has no separate bedroom. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The kitchenette includes a fridge-freezer, 2-plate stove with a mini oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own swimming towels.
Both units offer air conditioning, free WiFi, a TV with streaming applications such as Netflix and Showmax (guests must use their own login details), and a safe suitable for storing a handgun. Guests also have access to the shared deck, braai facilities, garden seating, an outdoor wash-up area for rinsing off beach sand, as well as a laundry trough and drying rack.
