Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Guests under the age of 25 are not permitted without adult supervision.
The swimming pool does not have safety features. Use of the pool and surrounding amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
A compulsory staff levy applies for housekeeping and gardening services, payable in accordance with property procedures.
Pets are not permitted.
Loud music, parties, and functions are not permitted.
Guests are required to comply with all estate rules applicable to the property.
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 22h00 to 06h00.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in warnings and further action in accordance with property policies, including forfeiture of deposits or early termination of the stay.

Wildlife Awareness
The estate is home to wildlife, including monkeys, which may enter properties in search of food.
Feeding wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Guests are required to store all food securely in fridges or closed cupboards and avoid leaving items unattended.
All windows and doors must be kept closed when the property is unattended to prevent animals from entering.
