Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Compulsory Staff Levy: Daily Rates (please include the day of arrival and day of departure):
Per Housekeeper: R150.00
The gardener: R75.00
Please note that the swimming pool at this property is not equipped with safety features. The use of the swimming pool and related facilities is entirely at guests’ own risk.
Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, please note that no guests under the age of 25 are permitted without adult or parental supervision.
Do not feed the monkeys, as this encourages them to return and can cause ongoing issues. To avoid problems with monkeys, do not leave fruit or food items out on counters or in open areas. Please store all food securely in the fridge or in closed cupboards, and ensure all doors and windows are properly closed when leaving the house.
Guests are kindly advised to bring their own beach towels, toiletries, insect repellent, and charcoal for braais.
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable 1 month before arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending inspection.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
