Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A minimum stay of 4 nights applies during both low and high seasons.
The swimming pool is not fitted with safety features. Use of the pool and related facilities is at guests’ own risk.
Groups under the age of 25 are not permitted without parental or adult supervision.
Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are home to samango and vervet monkeys. Guests are requested not to feed the monkeys, as this encourages them to return and creates ongoing problems. Food should be stored inside fridges or closed cupboards, and fruit should not be left out on counters. All windows and doors should be closed when leaving the house to prevent them from being entered.
The following items should be brought along:
Beach towels, Paper towels, Food and drinks, drinking water, Toiletries, Insect repellent, and Charcoal
Daily housekeeping is provided by Tollie, assisted by Francisco, who maintains the lodge and grounds. Their services include cleaning, laundry on request, and assistance with beach outings or food preparation.
A R150.00 staff gratuity per day is compulsory and must be paid in cash directly to the staff on the day of check-out.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable one month prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided no damages or losses are reported.
Pets are not permitted at any of the houses.
Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed.
All guests are required to comply with the rules of the estate.
Quiet hours are to be observed between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If repeated, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may lead to guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for unused nights.
The estate management team is based at Reception and can assist with transfers from the Kosi Bay border, as well as provide support during your stay
