Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that guests under 25 years of age are not permitted without parental or adult supervision.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features.

Joyce, Pretty, and Joe are the 3 staff members who will make your holiday stay more relaxed. They clean and wash dishes and will be at the house daily.

If you would like any laundry done, they will gladly assist however, items will be washed and dried, with no ironing.

Compulsory Staff Tip payable in cash on day of departure (please include the day of arrival and day of departure):
Each Housekeeper: MZN 500 /R150
The gardener: MZN 250 /R75

Late check-out is available on request only, due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, an extra charge of R1500.00 will be deducted from your refundable breakage deposit.

No pets are permitted.

Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed.

All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is permitted between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
