Description
Karsrivier Cottage is located on the banks of the Kars River in the Overberg, just 7 km outside Bredasdorp. This cottage is an old farmhouse that has recently been renovated. Guests can enjoy the peace and beauty of country life.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with quality linens and towels. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom is shared and includes a basin, toilet, Victorian bath, and shower.
The cottage features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen area where family and friends can gather. There is a gas stove with an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Guests have the option of an indoor or outdoor braai. The porch leads out to an outdoor braai area with a view of Heuningberg. There is also a lovely sunroom with a view of the surrounding nature.

Activities on the farm include bird watching and cycling. The De Hoop Nature Reserve and Malgas are just 40 km from the cottage. The southernmost point is 47 km away. You can also explore Waenhuiskrans and the Elim Valley route.
