Katonkel31@C is a self-catering sea-view studio with a private entrance, located on the ground floor of the owner's main house, situated in Britannica Heights, St. Helena Bay.

This studio can accommodate 2 guests at a time and features an open-plan sleeping area and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom area contains a queen-size bed, a closet, desk, and chair. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The unit boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guest entertainment, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, YouTube, and free Wi-Fi is available.

Guests have access to braai facilities as well as secure parking in front of the unit. The unit has an alarm and camera system. A solar power system and a solar water heating system are available, and guests will not be affected by power outages. The generator may be switched on depending on weather conditions and power usage

The location is a short walk to the beach, close to the harbor and shopping center, as well as restaurants.
