Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times before check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full liability for any minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit are requiredbeforeo check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the establishment and is applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the event of unusually high usage, an additional charge may apply.
Please note that the property is located in a nature-rich setting where wildlife, including monkeys, may occasionally be present. Guests are requested not to feed or approach the animals. The swimming pool is used at guests’ own risk.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee will apply.
