Kingswood Oppi-Dam is located on the Kingswood Golf Estate in George and offers spacious, luxurious self-catering accommodation with convenient self-catering facilities. It is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or business travellers visiting the Garden Route.
Guests can choose between the Oppi-Dam Studio, a one-bedroom unit ideal for 2 guests, or the Oppi-Dam House, a three-bedroom unit that accommodates up to 4 guests. Each unit features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Both units have private entrances and full privacy, while the owner and family reside on the property.
The Studio is located on the parking side of the property, while the House faces the golf course and mountains. Guests staying in the House have priority access to the swimming pool area.
Both units include a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, Nespresso machine, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The spacious Oppi-Dam House features a sunken lounge with a smart TV offering Netflix and full DStv, while the Studio has its own comfortable seating area with a smart TV and the same entertainment options. Free unlimited WiFi and secure parking are available.
Guests may also enjoy the gazebo braai area (please note that noise restrictions apply), complete with a built-in braai and pizza oven. All bedrooms in the House face north towards the mountains, allowing natural light and warmth, and open onto the pool area with a patio and outdoor seating—ideal for relaxation. A dedicated golf practice area is also available for guests.
Please note that estate rules prohibit evening noise in the braai area, and Oppi-Dam is therefore not suitable for large golf groups. It is designed as a peaceful nature retreat, ideal for families and smaller groups seeking a relaxed atmosphere. All estate rules must be adhered to. Located alongside the 15th hole and overlooking a dam, guests may also enjoy birdlife, including owls, as well as springbok and bushbuck.
