Klein Tambotieboom is a private bush retreat nestled in the heart of the Waterberg, approximately 8 km outside Bela-Bela within the Mbizi Game Lodge reserve. Surrounded by unspoilt bushveld, abundant wildlife, and tranquil natural surroundings, this spacious holiday home offers an ideal escape for families and groups of friends. The property is situated approximately 125 km from Pretoria and 175 km from Johannesburg.
The house accommodates up to 12 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft area. The bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the loft area contains 2 bunk beds, making it ideal for children. A guest toilet is conveniently located near the entertainment area. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen caters to all self-catering needs and includes a fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser, and a variety of small appliances. A breakfast counter and a dining table provide space for shared meals, while the open-plan living area features comfortable seating and air conditioning. The lounge opens onto the outdoor entertainment areas, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Designed for relaxation and socialising, the spacious entertainment area features a double built-in braai, gas braai, stylish bar area, industrial ice machine, jacuzzi, and a large dining table with seating for 10 guests. Outside, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, covered patio, and boma braai area, offering the perfect setting for evenings around the fire while taking in the peaceful bushveld surroundings.
As part of Mbizi Game Lodge, guests have access to a variety of on-site facilities and activities, including a restaurant and bar, heated indoor swimming pools, mini-golf, children's play areas, a spa, and a convenience store. The reserve also offers hiking and cycling trails, birdwatching, game viewing, and a 4x4 route for outdoor enthusiasts.
