House Rules
Kindly please adhere to the following house rules:
No smoking inside the establishment. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Kleinbaai is situated between very dry Fynbos and the 'flicking' of cigarette buds can have traumatic and dangerous consequences.
No noise policy, this is a quiet residential area - please respect the neighbouring homes.
Only booked guests, checked in, are allowed to sleep on the premises.
The property is well looked after, the hosts wholeheartedly expect any guest to respect the property at all cost.
Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. An additional fee is also charged.
Please familiarize yourself with the welcome pack in the lounge on arrival. The welcome pack contains info on things to do in the area, activities, house rules, pet friendly rules etc.
