Description

Klipspruit River Resort and Lodge is a family resort situated on the banks of the Vaal River. The resort is surrounded by a variety of indigenous trees and a vast community of local birds. The resort has a rustic feel with a variety of self-catering accommodation options.

The property offers wooden cabins that accommodate up to 6 guests, chalets that accommodate up to 5 guests, a caravan and campsite, and a bush camp. Chalets have their own bathrooms fitted with basins, toilets, and showers, while ablution facilities are within walking distance of cabins and campsites. The chalets also have fully-equipped kitchenettes and bomas.

The resort has several activities guests may make use of. These include 4 swimming pools, 3 water slides, a trampoline, a mini-golf course, playgrounds, and a garden chess set. There is also a table tennis table, a foosball table, a dart board, and a vacation program on offer during peak season. Guests may also book a kayak or try their hand at fishing in the Vaal River.

The resort also has a licensed bar that offers a large TV, perfect for any sports fans. The on-site kiosk sells all necessary items, and the resort also offers conference facilities. The venue also caters to school and church camps, team buildings, children's parties, weddings, or any other celebration.

The Wolwespruit Nature Reserve is 13 km away, and Bona Bona Game Lodge is 52 km away.
