House Rules
Please note: This property is located on Kingswood Golf Estate, where no parties, loud music, gatherings, or excessive drinking are permitted. We maintain a peaceful environment in line with our house rules and the neighbourhood's expectations. This property is not suited for parties or events of any kind.
Guests are kindly requested to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, noise levels should be kept to a minimum, to respect the peace and privacy of others.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
The property is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings.
Only the number of guests on the confirmed booking will be allowed to stay at the property.
Cleaning supplies are available in limited quantities.
Spices, wood, and firelights are available at an additional cost.
Pets should be under adult supervision at all times and on a leash when outside. Litter bags are a must, as littering is not allowed on the property.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture.
Loud noises from pets should also be kept to a minimum.
