This fully self-catering unit is very spacious and comprises 3 large bedrooms, a lounge/living area with an open-plan kitchen. It's on the 1st floor with a patio and braai area with beautiful views over the mountains. Located in the centre of the residential area and within walking distance of all amenities. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a single bed for mommy's little baby. The lounge/seating area features a dining table set for 6 + a smaller table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, chest freezer, 2 plate oven and stove, air fryer, toaster, tea- and coffee tray, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, as well as a washing machine with detergent. There is a braai grid, etc., as well. There is fair usage, uncapped Wi-Fi available as well as a Smart TV with Full DStv, Netflix and other streaming services.
