Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Access to the property is via stairs and is not suitable for wheelchair users.
The property does not have a full backup power supply during loadshedding. Rechargeable lights are available, and limited backup power supports the TV in the main lounge.
Full payment must be completed prior to arrival in accordance with booking requirements. Additional applicable fees must be settled as required, and any refundable deposits will be handled in line with standard procedures.
Late check-in arrangements must be confirmed in advance and may be subject to additional requirements.
Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests as specified for the property. This limit may not be exceeded at any time.
The property is not child-friendly. Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times. The owners and management accept no liability for incidents or accidents.
Guests travelling with infants must bring their own essential baby items. A camp cot may be provided on request; however, bedding and towels for infants must be supplied by guests.
Linen and towels are provided. Bath towels are not permitted for beach or outdoor use.
No pets are permitted on the property.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Cigarette disposal must be done responsibly, using designated ashtrays only.
Parties, events, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. The property is located in a residential area, and guests must respect neighbours at all times. Noise levels must remain low throughout the day and night.
Beach access is available via a public boardwalk within walking distance. Guests should take care as access includes steep stairs.
The property must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure. Additional cleaning may be required if this standard is not met or if check-out procedures are not followed.
Housekeeping services are not included and are available on request, subject to availability.
This is a self-catering property. Guests are required to provide their own consumable items.
The property is shared with other units. Each unit has a private entrance, and shared arrangements may apply when multiple units are booked together.
All amenities, facilities, and services provided form part of the house rules and must be used responsibly at all times.
All applicable conservation or property-related fees must be clearly displayed and will apply as required.
