Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to the number confirmed in your booking. Our Holiday Rental Manager may conduct occasional checks to ensure compliance.
Guests are kindly requested to keep the property neat and tidy throughout their stay. Please ensure that dishes are washed, rubbish is removed, and wet towels and clothing are hung to dry to avoid any potential issues.
Beach towels are not provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels, and bath towels may not be taken to the beach.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke outside, using ashtrays where provided, and must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets are not permitted unless prior written permission has been granted by the owner.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests are requested to be mindful of neighbours, many of whom are permanent residents, to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone’s comfort.
Please treat the property with care, as you would your own home. Any damages or breakages must be reported to the host immediately. A security deposit is held to cover the cost of repairs or replacements, if necessary.
Basic amenities are provided for your arrival. As this is a self-catering property, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies required during their stay.
Please park in front of the house unless advised otherwise. Garage access is not available.
