House Rules
The property is located in a residential area — please respect neighbours at all times. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour allowed.
Maximum occupancy as per booking must be strictly adhered to. No unregistered guests permitted.
No events, functions, or gatherings (including parties, matric groups, bachelor/hen parties, or similar) are allowed.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed, unless by prior arrangement (guide dogs only).
Please do not use bath towels for the beach — guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and the alarm is armed when leaving the property.
The house must be left in a neat condition.
Any missing or damaged items or stained linen may result in additional charges.
Important Information
The person responsible for the booking must be over 21 years of age and present for the full duration of the stay.
Right of admission is reserved.
