Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R15000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.

No parties are permitted at the villa, a lunch or dinner gathering can be permitted up to 16 guest (including the tenants but you will need to agree to our terms and conditions). Hence a special approval must be obtained and a indemnity must be signed. Should a party take place anyway, then the fee of an additional night will apply.

The amount of guests permitted to sleep over is according to the amount of guests booked.
• No smoking is allowed in the house, ashtrays are used outside at all time. If traces of smoking is found, this would be considered a breach of contract and a fee of R5000 will be charged for professional Ozone cleaning.
• Garage door must be kept closed at all times.
• We have a good understanding with the neighbors hence music is shut down by 11pm outside.
• Extra security deposit to be paid in cash at arrival of R15000. This may be paid in Euro, Pound or ZAR and will be refunded on the day of your check out.
• Should you host a lunch or dinner gather one of our housekeeper, must be present for the duration of the gather. The fee will be R400 in the day and R500 for the evening. Should she require extra assistance then one additional cleaner should be present.
• If anything breaks or is damaged in the house, we must instantly be informed the next day.
• Should the rules not be respected: 1 extra night will be charged via the booking agent.
