Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking is permitted in the unit.
There's also an optional cleaning service available at an additional cost per service on request.
The administration fee is non-refundable.
A refundable breakage deposit is charged on each booking and will be refunded within 10 days of departure and the guest sending Van Heerden Letting their bank account details.
