Ballito Beach Villa is a beachfront duplex apartment offering stunning sea views from both the lower living area and the upstairs sea-facing bedrooms. Perfectly positioned just steps from the Ballito Promenade in KwaZulu-Natal, it provides the ideal setting for a relaxing coastal getaway.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and opens onto a private balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and also opens onto a balcony, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The ground-floor bathroom features a shower, while the upstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, allowing guests to log in to their own streaming services. Sliding doors open onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating, a Weber braai, and beautiful ocean views.
The apartment includes one allocated parking bay as well as access to one unallocated parking bay for guests' convenience.
The apartment is pet-friendly by prior arrangement, with a maximum of 2 small dogs permitted. Please note that the property is not fenced.
The complex offers direct beach access and connects to the 2.5 km Ballito beachfront promenade, ideal for walking, jogging, or enjoying the ocean scenery. Popular swimming and surfing beaches, including Clarke Bay, are just a short stroll away. The property is also conveniently located near modern shopping centres, King Shaka International Airport, and a variety of excellent restaurants.
