Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit is required. This will be returned promptly after your stay, once the property has been checked and all is in order.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following:
- Respect the property: Kindly treat the home and its furnishings with care.
- No smoking indoors: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the space in a tidy condition at checkout.
- Check-in/Check-out: Adhere to the agreed times unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Fire safety: Fires in the braai and fireplace must be kept below the grate level and never overloaded. Please ensure they are fully extinguished before leaving the area or retiring for the night.
