Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R12570 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that there is an additional once-off administration fee and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one night’s stay. All breakage deposits are refunded on the 10th of each month, unless booking in December, in which case a different date applies.
As Simbithi Eco Estate is a residential estate, fingerprint access is required. The estate charges an R420.00 orientation/admin fee and R150.00 per fingerprint access. This fee is deducted from the breakage deposit. Fingerprint access is only required for the main drivers or main guests.
Returning guests of Simbithi Eco Estate who already have a fingerprint registered on the system will not be charged R150.00 for access.
Please note that short-term holiday guests staying in Simbithi Eco Estate do not have access to the Sports Complex facilities, including Padel, Tennis, Bowls, and the Gym.
The unit is serviced Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
Cheques are not accepted.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
Guests are requested to provide their own swimming and beach towels.
The host reserves the right to substitute similar accommodation should the booked unit not be available for any reason.
Student bookings or bookings for unsupervised guests under the age of 25 are not accepted. The host also reserves the right to evict any student who is not accompanied by a responsible adult.
The maximum number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds. Overcrowding will result in an additional charge of 10% of the nightly rate per extra guest if pre-arranged. If not pre-arranged, tenants will be evicted, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
